Therapy sessions are primarily held in our Uptown New Orleans clinic, a sensory-supportive, play-based space designed to meet each child’s needs. We also offer services at select schools and daycares when appropriate. While our clinic is the heart of our care, we remain flexible and open to creative solutions that support a child’s comfort and success.

Absolutely! There are occasions when the frequency of services a child receives at school may not be sufficient. If you believe your child could benefit from additional private services, we're here to assist you.

Certainly! Often, formal assessments and scores don't paint the complete picture, and additional services could be beneficial for the child. We're here to offer that support.

All new clients must be evaluated prior to beginning therapy unless an evaluation has occurred in the last six months in the areas of concern. We believe that evaluations are crucial in guiding our treatment process to ensure the best possible outcomes in therapy.

Absolutely! We warmly welcome your presence during your child's sessions, as your involvement can be incredibly valuable. However, we also understand if you need some time to recharge. In such cases, we simply ask that you remain nearby and accessible. Rest assured, if there's specific information we believe you should know or activities we'd like you to observe, we'll be sure to communicate that to you.

Absolutely! We strongly believe in collaboration, as we've seen better outcomes when providers work together.

Online teletherapy services are available to all residents of Virginia and offer added convenience for busy families.

Currently, we only provide therapy services in English.

A referral is not needed for an evaluation or services at Spark Pediatric Therapy.

Spark Pediatric Therapy is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). If you’d like to use another insurance provider in the future, we can add you to our insurance waitlist and notify you as soon as new plans are approved.
